Our union of over 30,000 Grocery Store workers across Washington, North Idaho and Northeast Oregon who work at corporate chains, co-ops and mom and pop shops have fought for and won:
Some of the largest wage increases in the nation over the last two contract cycles.
High quality affordable healthcare, with benefit improvements.
A secure legacy pension, preventing us from losing our hard earned retirement.
A new variable annuity pension, with increased employer contributions every time we get a raise.
One wage scale for Grocery clerks, bringing the perimeter departments like coffee, deli and bakery up to the Grocery clerks pay, while reducing the gap in pay between the west side and the eastside.
Expansion of the Meat Cutting Apprenticeship program and new training programs for Grocery workers and Seafood workers.
Hundreds more grocery workers organized into our union all across the region over the last few years, growing our power!
Stopping the Kroger and Albertsons Grocery merger, that would have been bad for workers and customers.

Retail Workers
Our union of diverse Retail workers across the Northwest who make our coffee, work at our airports, sell us our clothes and comic books, take care of our dogs and so much more have fought for and won:
New members through organizing campaigns at dozens of new companies with hundreds of workers, helping build our retail power.
First contracts after organizing, turning organizing into enforceable union contracts with impactful gains.
Increased wages and higher standards, including by winning a union pension for more retail workers.
Strikes at two employers, REI and Macy's, fighting against company greed.
A retail division, with a dedicated focus on retail, demanding more for retail workers, fighting for more and winning more.
